This cute 1940’s bungalow had a classic structure with glowing wood floors, nice detailing, wood trim, and a very out of date kitchen. The addition was created in the rear yard enlarging the kitchen. The dining area and kitchen are now tied together with the new deck and allow easy access to the rear yard. We matched the original dental molding from the existing house on the addition. We installed Marsh Cabinets in a classic white with custom trim, black granite countertops, and a white subway tile backsplash. A custom wood countertop was created for the island with bead-board sides and scrolled supports. Strip oak flooring was added to match the rest of the house. The kitchen is topped off with a beautiful under mount apron sink, stainless steel appliances, unique pendants, and under cabinet LED lighting.
