This townhouse was originally built in 1985 and had lots of floral wallpaper and even a hand painted mural ceiling. Such a beautiful location this lovely townhouse was begging for a renovation. Working with the client to create a new master bathroom and closet layout as well as new kitchen and pantry layout maximized the size and function of the kitchen with a modern esthetic. All spaces were upgraded with new materials and fixtures guided by the clients’ choices creating a lovely upgraded modern townhouse with amazing view of the Trent River.
