This project was phase 1 of a complete interiors renovation for the New Bern Historic Civic Theater. The exterior had recently been updated and the Board of Directors were ready to move forward with the interiors. Phase 1 consisted of the front Lobby and addition of an ADA compliant restroom. The existing had been patched but not updated. Our team put together an interior design package complete with construction documents, samples such as: flooring, paint, mouldings, and 3D renderings which include the selected materials. Our team also created solutions to allow the theater to keep the existing concession counter and "Wall of Honor".
