This is a custom home located in Fairfield Harbor. The home originally on this property was heavily impacted by Hurricane Florence: it was barely repairable at best. Thus, the clients decided to tear it down and start anew. They came to us with their own plans they had sketched, and we were able to turn their vision into a reality. The end product is this lovely custom two-story, three bedroom, two and a half bath house with a deck overlooking the Neuse River. The house contains an eclectic mix of styles in both its construction and furnishings. The owners were heavily involved in the design and construction phases, and we were able to use the windows from their old house to furnish the new one. The home is fitted with amenities such as an elevator and a two-car garage and has a open two-story living space with views to the river.
