Built in 1880 this historic home was flooded during hurricane Florence and gave the owners an opportunity to completely renovate this home and open up the space instead of having the small separate rooms it once had.  Structurally supporting the 2nd floor we opened up as much space as possible creating a small laundry and half bathroom space and adding windows to the rear of the property.  New luxury vinyl wood plank flooring was installed throughout and a new kitchen with Marsh Cabinets and quartz counter tops and a new island space now creates a comfortable gathering area in this lovely property.
