This story and a half cottage is part of the new River Station development within New Bern's Historic District. This small lot lead to several design changes that are unique to this house within the development. We created a carport instead of a garage which has a side entry through the laundry room/mud room into the main living space. The kitchen and living space have a rear covered deck overlooking the pond. The master bedroom is on this main floor with two guest bedrooms, and office, and a bathroom on the upper floor. - Contractor - Aim Development, Photographer - Studio 910 Productions
