This existing, coastal craftsman home was in need of a larger living space for the family to gather. An addition was designed to accomodate a      20' x 30' family room, front & back porches, and a well lite hallway to connect the new space to the existing structure. A double guest cottage was also designed to compliment the main house with a courtyard adjoining the two. The front cottage includes an open concept full size kitchen, living & dining room, along with a gracious bedrom and bathroom. Inside the back cottage you'll find a vaulted ceiling which allows for an open loft above the living space, kitchette, and full bathroom below.
