The painted ceilings and consistent color scheme throughout give this home a cozy atmosphere. The river was a main focus throughout the design, making sure the living areas and each bedroom had a clear view of the beautiful waterfront. The home includes 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and a 2-car garage. Part of the attic space was finished to create a home gym/sauna and game room. On the exterior; a large front porch was added to leave room for a future swing and chairs, while the back has a generous screened-in porch with ceilings that mimic the interior to create an outdoor living space.
