The owners fell in love with this lot and had a definite idea of the house they wanted to build.  This custom home has a very generous ground level garage with workout room. ping pong table, and access to the outdoor fireplace and sound front water patio and elevator access to the different levels.  The owners were very interested in having the front door be more accessible to the front stairs and the front porch was positioned a bit lower to the grade giving you a split level entry with immediate views out to the water.  They very much wanted a large kitchen for entertaining open to the living room and direct access to the large screened porch and outdoor grilling deck.
