The David F. Jarvis House at 220 Pollock Street in New Bern, NC is a Colonial Revival-style grand structure with Queen Anne elements was built in 1903 and the original house remains largely intact.  The new owners energetic vision for an event and bed & breakfast drove this wonderful renovation project. Our task entailed creating two new guest suites on the second floor, re-organizing the kitchen and mater bathroom and enclosing the rear porch and creating a cottage addition in the rear adjoined to the house with a raised covered sitting area in between.  The new cottage and sitting area complement the original structure in detailing and create a lovely gathering space.  Contractor: Local Builders  Photographer: Smart Focus Photography
